Muppet Babies - Skeeter was introduced on Muppet Babies as Scooter’s twin sister. She never existed before the series and has never had a puppet made of her since. She was created because the producers wanted another female character in the show. However, she was voiced by a male actor.
Rocko’s Modern Life - We bet you didn’t pick up on all the masturbation innuendo used in this Nicktoon when you were a kid! He lives in O-Town, he hangs out at the Chokey Chicken diner and his favorite hobby was "jacking" as in jackhammering!

His nationality was changed because of the ongoing apartheid occurring when the cartoon debuted in 1987.
Inspector Gadget - In the original pilot, Inspector Gadget had a mustache and a British accent!

Bobby’s World - You might know that Howie Mandel created the cartoon and provided the voice of Bobby’s dad, but did you know that’s also him voicing the high-pitched Bobby?!
Animaniacs - The catchphrase, "hello, nurse!" is an old vaudeville standby that was originally intended to be used by Buster Bunny on Tiny Toons, but producers didn’t think it made sense for his character. They brought it back for Yakko and Wakko when Animaniacs debuted in 1993.
