A twist.
Just days after Pauley Perrette revealed she left NCIS after suffering "multiple physical assaults," it is now being reported that her ex-husband Coyote Shiversfiled a personal injury case against the 49-year-old actress back in April. The two were married from 2000-2006.
According to The Blast, the Canadian musician claims the civil rights advocate would send him "handwritten death threats" in an effort to defame him after he filed for divorce.
It's important to note that they had a very tumultuous relationship, and she has accused him of "terrorizing" her in the past, and he's even been convicted of harassment.
Still, Shivers claims Perrette continues to "stalk and defame" him, even by sending "malicious, harassing and legally defamatory" emails to dozens of his associates at the Hollywood United Neighborhood Council.
He also says Perrette once crawled through his bedroom window in the middle of the night and attacked a female friend. WHAT?!
