The 22-year-old tattoo artist who was arrested for allegedly killing XXXTentacion has been charged with first-degree murder for the death of 20-year-old rapper.
The local tattoo artist named Dedrick Devonshay Williams, aka Tattoman Chuckie appeared before Broward County Judge Kim Theresa Mollica via video on Thursday afternoon.
He was charged with first-degree murder without premeditation, a probation violation and for not having a valid driver's license. Mollica ordered Williams to be held without bond.
According to Mail Online, Williams was scheduled to appear Monday before a different judge regarding the probation violation charge that stems from a 2014 grand theft auto case.
Williams who was arrested on Wednesday night around 7pm, after an officer spotted him driving a silver 2004 Honda is one of the three suspects Police is holding for the killing of XXXTentacion who was shot dead on Monday in Maimi.
