But Paris Hilton 's wedding plans almost hit the skids, this week - when she lost her $2 million engagement ring in a packed nightclub.
The blonde heiress, 37, misplaced the jewel-encrusted band at Miami's RC Cola Plant at Mana Wynwood on Monday night.
Thankfully, her boyfriend Chris Zylka managed to find the luxury item after as frantic search and reunited it with his bride-to-be.
News of the insane caper broke on Wednesday morning when Paris tweeted to her 18 million followers: "I have amazing Karma!".
She then offered a more detailed explanation of what happened in a follow-up message.
"The ring was just so heavy and big that while I was dancing it literally flew off my finger into an ice bucket a couple of tables over," she said.
"Thank God by some miracle my fiancé found it before someone else did and most likely would not have returned it. I am so lucky!".

According to insiders at the 50,000 square ft. venue, a troupe of security guards were used to comb the VIP area in search of the ring.
"Paris was dancing with her hands in the air, and the next minute her giant ring had flown off," an insider said
"She was really panicked as the venue was packed and very dark, it was the early hours of the morning and it was crazy in there."
I am still trying to plan the date, it is very difficult with my hectic business schedule since I am always traveling and working, but definitely some time this year. I want it to be the most special day of my life, like a fairytale in a Disney movie.
Had such an epic time playing #NervoNation! Love my @NervoMusic babes! Such beautiful, fun & amazing girls!
According to PEOPLE magazine, the 20-carat item is a bespoke design personally commissioned by Zylka.
They add that it was based on a ring that her mother, Kathy Hilton, boasts in her own personal collection of jewels.
The ring was made by LA jeweller Michael Greene. “Paris at one point in time told Chris she really loved her mother’s pear-shaped diamond, and when Chris came to me that was his request,” he told the magazine at the time of the couple’s engagement.
“The pear-shaped really jumped out for him and ultimately for her. He did some fishing, but in the end it was all him. He’s a smart guy, and hangs out a lot with the family, and I think she realized how much she liked her mom’s ring.”

She needs to be very careful next time or better still resize the ring
